ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

FUNDYSER, environmental policy is integrated into the overall corporate philosophy, and aims to regulate the impact of its own operations on the surrounding area.

Our goal in this field is to achieve maximum efficiency in the use of resources and thus contribute to sustainable development.

Our main guidelines are:

At all times in accordance with current environmental legislation.

TO PRIORITIZE
The procurement of production systems and materials that generate least environmental impact.

TO PROMOTE
Production systems, whenever possible, that enable recycling of materials used in the different phases, in order to reduce waste volume.

Compatibility between economic performance and environmental protection.

TO GUARANTEE
Adequate training and awareness of all staff concerning the effects of development and production in the company in order to reduce the negative effects of their activity on their health and their environment.

TO ESTABLISH
Yearly aims to ensure adaptation to possible legislative changes and continuous improvement in all activities that have an environmental impact.

EVALUATION
Of environmental management on a continuous basis by the head of department and the management of Fundyser, so as to ensure fulfilment of these principles.

QUALITY POLICY

The pursuit of customer satisfaction, through clear identification of the requirements of the products demanded.

Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to all processes over which the company can exercise direct control, especially those designed to ensure the quality of products or services.

To maintain up-to-date information on developments, changes and current trends of

both suppliers and customers, so as to develop new products in line with the actual situation of demand and the aims of the company’s activity.

To optimize available material resources, while constantly adapting processes to the state of the art and improving productive capacity through rational maintenance and utilization.

Instruction, training and appraisal of company staff, in order to create a level of competence commensurate with their aspirations and contribute to the achievement of the planned objectives.

Be in a position to obtain any favourable approval or certification that might be necessary for business expansion and to meet customer expectations.

POLICY ON PREVENTION OF OCCUPATIONAL RISKS

Risk prevention is an integral component of business activity, consistent with other human resource policies, and receives the same treatment as all other activity carried out in the company.

We are committed to achieving a high degree of health and safety at work, above and beyond the minimum legal requirements.

The responsibility for occupational risk prevention is clearly established as a task for the company management.

The Prevention of Occupational Risks, as a general policy to be carried out within the company, is to be integrated into all activities and decisions.

The company guarantees consultation and participation of workers, as well as information

and theoretical and practical training, in all topics related to Occupational Risk Prevention.
